Aftercare Programme for Young Adults

The After-Care support Programme for the young adults (girls and boys of above 18 years) is designed and intervene to promote equity, skill based valued education and inclusion of young adults hailing from marginalized groups and backward social strata, young adults without families and aspired to become financially independent.

The Programme promotes financial empowerment of young adults through Higher Education, health support, counseling and building knowledge, coping skills and resilience. The Programme has been designed to address individual needs of young adults and tailoring services to prepare and support them to become self-reliant, prevent them to get into the vicious cycle of poverty.

This Programme offer young adults:

  • Access to alternative safe shelter
  • Enrollment in high schools, higher education and vocational training courses
  • To get a job and become self reliant
